On June 7th I’ll be showing an entire new body of work including paintings, drawings and sketches for my first solo show “ADKS” at Rotofugi Gallery in Chicago, IL.  I chose the “ADKS” title / theme because I wanted to introduce myself through my art for my first showing. I feel that in order to really understand an artist and his / her work you should know where they come from. I fully confident that with this new batch of work you will get a good idea of that and an even better understanding if your able to meet me in person opening night.

The ADKS theme also gave me the opportunity to really focus on creating a consistent body of work which I haven’t been able to do in the past with group gallery showings. From making this work I’ve opened so many doors for future paintings and drawings I hope to make so I’m very excited. This is just a tiny introduction to the world I’m attempting to build and hope to develop for many years to come.
